Is Anyone Having Problems With Easy Returns?

This is the second time I did not receive a reply or refund from Easy Returns.  Both were refunded after the packages were delivered and received by QVC in South Carolina.

 

I included all necessary information requested by Easy Returns.  I copy my order status that includes all the information Easy Returns needs.  The order number, item number, how many, color, add how many are being returned, reason for return, etc.  Actually, more than they request. 

 

I also include a copy of the USPS pickup confirmation email with the confirmation number that the package was picked up.  All of what I include always worked with Easy Returns before.

 

I reminded Easy Returns both times I had not heard from them and sent the same information.  No response.  At least someone could respond with "We apologize for the delay in processing your return refund."

I recently requested an exhange for a ring that was too small.  I sent it the regular way.  I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email a week later stating I would be getting a refund since my size was not available.  I was not expecting a response that quick.

I ususally get a response within a few days of me sending them an email....sometimes it can take up to a week though.

 

I always send the item information in the email....item number, cost & order number.  I figure giving them as much information as possible might help things go a bit easier for them.

 

 

ETA: It could be that as we are getting closer to the holidays they are getting busier.  Which probably means that they will be swamped in January!

 I bought some items as Christmas gifts, however am doing my Christmas early, so if  a size is not right or something is defective  or an exchange is needed , I can return now  before the "  jammed up  " after Christmas returns begin or a slow down in shipping due to shortage of diesel oil or post office issues .

@Foxxee   Have you opened the view order on your Order Status?  The order status may show "shipped" instead of returned, but if you actually open the view order, you may see a "refunded amount"on your order.  Could be that your refund has actually been made although the Order Status page may not show that.  It usually only takes 3-4 days for the actual refund to be made.

 

I have made several returns in the last couple weeks by Easy Returns and my items have a refund amount shown on the order.  No problem.  It may take awhile after the refund has been posted to your order to receive an e-mail that the refund has been made.

Wish they had what Amazon offers. I can bring anything I need to return to Kohl's and they do the rest.  Easy easy and credit by the end of the day.  I don't return much but when I have to.. such a good feeling. And I get a shopping discount at Kohl's for doing this.

I tracked both items by the shipper returned to QVC South Carolina.  Refund and removal of Easy Pay Payments correlated with receipt in SC.

 

No, the Easy Returns dept did not respond.  

 

I have another return to be picked up tomorrow, except this will be shipped by UPS.  I will pay close attention to it because UPS will deliver it much more quickly.  I still will use Easy Returns just to see what they will do. 

 

QVC wants to charge me $10.95 for the return label, but the product is defective, so I will watch that charge closely, too.

 I don't use it anymore. It takes too long for a response. Back in the day before the Covid, I would get a response and a refund within a few hours. I refuse to wait a week. I just called customer service and go over the returns for a speedy refund.

@Effie54 I don't care if I get a response.  I just check "view order" and make sure the Refund is posted.  Then make sure the credit is on my charge account statement.  QVC does not have to send my an e-mail.

Strange thing - I posted on another thread about a recent issue I was having printing return slips online. Emailed easy returns to help and all I got back was a shipping label with no explanation. Well, this past week, I received letters from QVC with the order information (a little late as I had returned everything with a letter.). I just thought it was so odd to get something via snail mail rather than to actually respond to my email!
