Phoenix Trading Company.  This looks like leftovers/closeouts from the shopping channels.  I ordered from them today.

If I recall correctly they have been around for years, cheap prices too.

I've bought from their eBay store for many years.  Check out Midwestservicecloseouts on eBay too.  I've gotten really good deals on Wolfgang Puck and Curtis Stone (HSN) stuff there.
