Insider magazine problems

It did take over 8 weeks after I signed up to receive, as you all had said on the forum.  But it is now Oct. 5 and I have not received it again. Last month I finally received it around the 15th. I called customer service to ask how to fix this and she was indignant-saying -Well, it is the 15th, why are you complaining? It was September 15 and I had not received September.  Do any of you know how to fix this?  Also, why do we not receive the digital copy like they used to do.  The nice customer service man has been on the phone trying to research now for17 minutes with no luck.  Thanks.

It took a couple magazines before the kinks were worked out.  Sometimes I get an email, sometimes I don't.
