I haven't read all the replies, so if it's been mentioned, I apologize. My wish would be a cure for cancer. Wouldn't that be wonderful?

I cannot speak for Chihuahuamom, of course, but I'm not talking about 'church' and organized religion, as I surmise you are. If all people followed the principle of loving his felllow man as himself, living honestly and with malice towards none (which is WWJD), YES, it most certainly would be a wonderful world.

Mine is two-fold. One, to have enough money to give to the animals, and give to the vets, the warrior vet's that is. Too have enough money to never worry about running out and forever give to these that need help. Secondly, to have the back I once had so I'd be strong enough to go to help the wounded warriors. My two-fold wish.
