It is 50°F and raining. Winds are predicted to blow up to 35mph, and we may even get some thunderstorms tonight!

The temp dropped 10° in one hour.

I knew that it was going to rain today!

The rain and wind we got here in Central NJ yesterday was unbelievable!

Thank goodness it was warm otherwise we would be encased in ice today.

So, after several days of below zero and single digit temps; yesterday it was near 60.  A 60 degree swing in less than 24hrs and in the late afternoon we had rain and winds so strong it felt like a mini hurricane.  Bizarre indeed.  Today was mild and sunny and if you didn't know better you would be lulled into thinking spring is on the way.  But, of course, that is not the case.  We'll beack in the 30's again beginning tomorrow.  Which isn't bad!  Sure beats -5.

Last week and thru the weekend was near or under zero.  We're headed to 45 on Friday with 40mph wind gusts.  I can't remember the exact words the weatherman used, but bizzare sums it up.

Its also needed in NM,  where we haven't had any moisture since 4" of snow the day after Christmas.   It's also a warm 70° and windy creating fire danger.

It's been very windy all afternoon in the eastern part of the SF Bay Area.  We are expecting rain later today or tonight.  I went out in the late morning, hoping it would start to rain then and wash off my car, but no such luck.

I hope you're feeling better, @Plaid Pants2

Raining in WLA, but barely. Not very hard, but it sounds lovely anyway.

It rained almost hard enough here to warrant my windshield wipers.. one swipe was enough.  It's still raining very lightly. I'll take whatever Mother Nature wants to let go of.. every little bit helps.
