Re: IN-N-OUT BURGER PRESIDENT MOVING TO TENNESSEE

jollibee is interesting.

we have filipino friends who go out of their way to go there for fast food and it is about 40 miles away!

they brought us some of their favorites one time, but i think it was just okay. would NEVER drive out of my way for it.

their spaghetti is "interesting." a very sweet red sauce with hot dogs and ground beef and shredded "velveeta" type cheese on top. they only have legs and thighs unfortunately. i hate thighs..... i need my wings. LOL the fried chicken was good, but again, nothing to go out of my way for.

POPEYES for fried chicken (or ROFO.....royal farms convenience stores.) FIVE GUYS for burgers! yes, they are not cheap, but so many "free" toppings and i make sure to take a hefty bag of peanuts with me. LOL

I wish her well. I have family in TN. I could never live there but to each his (her) own.

I have never lived in TN, but I love visiting.  It is a beautiful state and the people are nice.

We visit a few weeks at a time every few years in our RV.

I have been to CA many times and it was fun and interesting, but I could never live there.

I've eaten at In and out and didn't like it either. My friend who had talked me into going was biting into his with great relish and I'm thinking maybe his tasted better than mine.....  Now, when it comes to TN I wouldn't mind relocating there but they get tornados and also have high crime from what I've read. So...not knowing anyone who lives there I'm sure I would end up directly in tornado alley.  I guess I'll stay put.

@willowbark No.  Tornado Alley is centered where I live.  Oklahoma City.  We're it.

Tennessee is not even close to Tornado Alley, but OK and TX sure is.

What is Tornado Alley?

@beckyb1012

When you compare the number of strong tornadoes from 1984 to 2003 to the 20-year period of 2004 to 2023, southeastern states account for six of the top 10 that had increases in strong tornadoes over that period (Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Missouri, Kentucky, and Tennessee).

I have never had them.  I think some brands get like a cult following.  It doesn't always mean they are the best.
