I catch Hoarders or My 600 Lb. Life once in a while when I can't find something else to watch. I clean my pantry, freezer, closets, drawers, etc. thoroughly every 6 months. But when I watch Hoarders, I sometimes get up afterward and find more things I can live without. 600 Lb. Life tells me I don't need an extra snack. Idk, in a strange way they inspire me to not get overweight and to keep my house very clean.
