Coach bags are available at Marshalls now. Coach. com just had a Friends and Family Sale too, also online

Call Coach and see if you purchased from a licensed vendor.  There are many fake vendors online.  Then, call you credit card company and put the charge in dispute.

I agree WSFAN!  Sadly, some people never learn!  Oh well!

lol when I read that OP said "unlike many, my girls actually need things.." I thought she meant true needs, like essentials (linens, warm coats, cooking stuff, etc). You know, needs not wants or nice to haves. I was confused by that statement. Then when she said a Coach handbag I laughed. Perhaps her statement was tongue in cheek (hopefully??).

Anyway, OP, call your CC and cancel payment immediately.

I don't think you were scammed per se, but did order a fake Coach probably from out of the country.  Yes, you should contact your credit card company.

If you can google the original name of the place you ordered from you may find info on them as to location, etc.  I would also call Coach and inform them.

Highend companies once were very concerned about knock off companies.

It was a $250 bag on sale for $57.  I'm sure it's a fake.

This daughter is far from a spender.  The handbag she is carrying now is a hand-me-down from me, and it was almost ten years old when I gave it to her.  She is very frugal.  She won't even buy a Sunbeam heating pad as I have been nagging her to do.  She uses one of those plastic things from the drug store.  Ugh!
