I must have a sleeping sickness

I'm ready for a nap at 11;00 A.M.

Not last night but 2 nights ago, I think I pulled a 12 hours sleep a thon.  I seem to be so tired.  I guess stress can do that to you. Right?

Wish I had that problem. I've battled terrible insomnia for some time now and can't get to sleep most nights.   I just lay awake most of the night.

Boredom does it for me.  I have to force myself to keep busy and awake.

@qualitygal   I feel like I sleep every other night and it's frustrating as heck.  Maybe it is depression or boredom I really don't know but just want to get back to whatever normal is/was.

There are many illnesses that can cause this. See your Dr. and she will have a blood test done, and you may find out why? This is what you must do, for peace of mind.

Do you have a healthcare provider?  Have you talked to that person?  If you haven't, that's the first place you ought to go for a check up and information.  This place is the last place you ought to ask.

With all due respect, I think the OP realizes she can ask her Dr. and when's the time she should do that. I don't see anything wrong with discussing her issue on these forums. Sometimes it's nice to know if others are going through what you are.  So please don't shame her for doing so.

Why do people do this? Is this not a discussion board? It seems like every other post, someone questions why the op began the thread. Or tells them they shouldn't have posted it. It's a discussion board people! For discussing!!

Maybe you just needed it.  Or sometimes you get too much sleep.  Could be just the winter blahs.
