does anyone have one of these fans, does it work as well as a tradition fan?

Is that just a fan with blades and no lights?

Yes, one drop bar with two vertical sets of blades. I'm wondering about air movement.

I have not seen a fan like that in any of the big box stores (Home Depot/Lowes). Where did you see this type of fan?

I was looking at them on lightingdirect.com. Fanimation has a line of duel fans. I thought they were intriguing but also pricey. Air movement is what is most important to me.

Is the fan large enough blade wise to move the proper amount of air in the dimensions of the room? The larger the blade, supposedly the larger the room. It moves more air with larger blades.

I just realized that the ceiling height is very important with a fan like this one. I'll need to do some more research on the recommended ceiling height.

Whoa! A little pricey. Some models start at around $1500 and work their way up to over $2000.

I love those types of fans and I've also seen them in Restaurants. They work very well but you have to have high ceilings.
