When it comes to chili, we all have different tastes regarding heat, but how thick do you like it? I like a med. consistency, but not too thick like stew.  Growing up, my mom made it very watery like soup and I didn't like that either!

i like my chili thick, so i add some masa flour usually.

I like it hot enough to form beads of sweat on my forehead and make my tongue tingle, but that's way too hot for my husband, so I make mild chili and add red pepper flakes to my bowl.
