Anyone else win?
Me too. I have been stringing a guy along for over a week now with this nonsense. I enjoy playing games with these scam artists just to get a laugh for myself. Was told my name was taken from a "Federal Taxpayer List" and I would get a check for $10 million. After I---
Got to Walmart or Walgreens and get a $300 Green Dot card so they could register my name with the IRS for taxes etc. I told him I borrowed the money from 2 neighbors the 2nd time he called. He said to scratch off the numbers on the card and give them to him so he could register it with the IRS. He said they were in town and once they got these numbers they would be over with the TV crew to hand me the check.
Ran him around a bunch of bs talk just so he knew I wasn't the dumbest guy ever born. Talked politics/racing/fitness/electronics and all kinds of things he knew nothing about. He kept saying "you ain't listening to me". I said c'mon over and give me the check and I will run it through my bank and once it is cleared the $300 bucks would be his to register.
Heck he may call me again tomorrow and I will spend 10 minutes or so playing around with him and making him say, "what you talking about man"? Things I do for fun sometimes is talking to people that think they are reeling in "the big one".
Brilliant, John. I bet you had his head spinning, LOL.
I always said that if I ever got one of those calls telling me that I won millions, but in order to collect it, I needed to send a check for a few thousand to cover taxes, etc., that I would tell the guy to simply deduct the money I owed them from my winnings, then I wouldn't have to take that extra step.
I would love to hear their answer.

I asked him which bank he was ""working with"" and he said your bank and I asked again which bank and he said the bank that you have your credit card with. I said but I have two Master Cards and three VISA cards (which is true) so which of these banks are you ""working with"". I kept pushing him for a bank name and he finally got so tired of me he hung up. I enjoyed it.
Many of them are trained that Americans are so stupid and gullible. I just love it when one of their potential victims is able to mess with their heads.
