It was The OP first post, and she looking for help. Maybe she wasn't sure what she was getting into. That said, she hasn't posted back since first post, that I can see. so, I think we can all assume she somehow found help, got on payment website or called customer service to have her issue resolved.

@shoekitty. People who come here with untruths and exaggerations are looking for sympathy. When they don't get it, they almost never return. They know what they need to do to get help. In this case, pay her bills.

@Kachina624Sometimes it seems they don't realize they are posting to fellow customers not QVC finance department! Who knows. If that happened to me somehow I would be on the phone with customer service for sure. Maybe her credit card number changed and she had easy pays but if your cc number changes you should know to update your easy pays. Its part of adulting.

@Kachina624 true. I do know many times when I see 1 post I am not quite sure to take them seriously or not. I take a wait and see. This case she was gone. Back in the old days of this board, we would get one posters all the time to either start trouble, advertise, or they were truely lost. lol. Thinking the board was a chat with customer service. lol. There have been posters who truely aren't sure what they are doing when they first arrive. All we can do is lead them in right direction. And that's it. If they need more help, they will ask...or disappear..

Sometimes people confuse this site with one where they can actually get that kind of help. I've found the QVC's Facebook page to be helpful. They won't be able to help her, I don't think, with her inquiry but they can offer a link or phone number.
