It's your responsibility to keep on top of things. Accounts don't go into collections for a single missed payment. It happens after a few. It's likely you already received some kind of communication via email and either overlooked it or ignored it. Try applying a little self help and call QVC's customer service, your bank, or your credit card company yourself - who ever you're having the issue with. No one here can answer your question or fix it for you.

@Heart Queen If you are in collection it's on you. Has nothing to do with the website. No one else seems to be having that problem.
Call Synchrony bank or CS.

@RetRN. It seems to me you need to mind your own business. I didn't address any comment to you and almost never do.
So whose fault do you think it 8s that the OP is seriously (in collection) delinquent in her account? Nobody can. Help her but herself by making her payments. I believe the USPS still works.
Even you know bills must be paid or you'll get in trouble with somebody.

@Heart Queen. By the way, public libraries have computers you can use.

As others have mentioned, if you are unable to make the payment, you should give them a phone call.
Good luck.

If your account has been turned over to a COLLECTION AGENCY, you need to deal directly with them.
If you default on a credit account, you become a BAD RISK.
This information is given to credit reporting agencies and will be a blemish on your financial reputation.

@Desertdi that is not true, she can still deal with the original creditor.

If that's the case, it must be "something new". I worked credit for MANY YEARS for a primary metals producer. My function was to prepare the RESERVE FOR BAD DEBTS.
(That means I was on the Treasurer's staff.)
