I have not able to get to webesite to pay

Hello,

Why is my account being put into collection, I haven't be able to get into website because it says is being worked on. This not my fault, so why is my account in collections, someone needs to get in communication with me now. I have tried and tried and called but no asistance available. Uggh, so wrong

I would call customer service and make a payment that way.

@Heart Queen. Nobody else is complaining about not being able to get into the website. I haven't had a problem. Pick up the phone and call customer service. The fact that you haven't IS YOUR FAULT.

Are you talking about a QCard (QVC credit card) account? If so, you have to contact Synchrony Bank. QVC does not handle credit card account payments.

I get that message sometimes so I try a different browser. You could try that or just call. Is it a bank payment or an easy pay to QVC?

Set up an account with Synchrony Bank so you can pay direct.

If you cannot pay a bill online I would have mailed a check before the due date?

Are you certain you are talking about QVC's website being down for you? Usually if that's the case others will also report it.

Now the website for ShopHQ has been down. Could that possibly be the site you need? If so, someone has posted a phone number to call. You could probably find it by searching the forum.
