😄! @cbrite, you made me smile! Don't worry, the tech problems aren't those that anyone who hasn't worked in IT would need to know, or be expected to know... but it's elementary database knowledge for tech support. @aroc3435, True, it's as productive as watching paint dry while I try to pull up my profile... 😉 Patience is worthwhile but I do think 3 months is too long for this to be considered acceptable by Qurate. Thanks, @Krimpette and @Sweetbay magnolia and @LTT1 !
@CherryHugs, Still no notifications for my user account -- this further illustrates that the problem lies with some user accounts, but not others and that means the Q hasn't received as many complaints as they would if the problems affected everyone.
@vacationday, the programmers/support staff have the option of resolving the problem and retroactively activating all the missed notifications or just fixing the glitch and only triggering new notifications once the database has been repaired.
I'll try sending another report attached to the one I submitted back in December, but I don't know that it will do any good. I do encourage others to submit reports via the "Contact Us" email option at the bottom of every website page or with an email to the QVC Social Team so they can forward the concerns to the IT department.

@vacationday When I got my two today, it was just for today and actually apparently for just that minute.
I had nothing before then all the way back to 2/15 and I know I was hearted in the past week because posters love me (LOL) but nothing since 2:40pm today. ![]()

I haven’t had any notifications in several days. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to fix the problem.

Two methods to use for reporting the problems:
1-- At the bottom of each page:
"Email Us"
(which goes to: https://www.qvc.com/content/information/customer-service.html?type=contactus)
2 -- Message to the QVC Social Team to make it easier for them to forward your concerns: QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com

Go ahead and laugh . . . I was paranoid. Yep, admitting it. Not like me at all. So relieved to hear others have had the same problems. WHEW! I've only had two on 2/18. Prior to those, I had some on 2/15.
I just felt left out of the conversations and was sad. "Sitting in the garden eating worms" type of lonely. (There is a poem about that, but don't remember any more of it!)
Now, I'm feeling more like myself! Willing to converse on these Forums again. Whew! What a bummer to feel so alone when surrounded by Q friends.
