I never had the problem when other posters complained about it. Now that the problem is “ fixed,” i frequently cannot post and have to keep signing in. Even now, I just got a message that the action is unable to be completed. So, i have stopped trying to post or heart or do much of anything. I am on an iPad Pro. I think it’s time to hire new IT folks.

HA! Yesterday I deleted cookies before I signed in. I couldn't give hearts, nor could I post. So much for my efforts. Yet I can go on any other site (cookies included) and never have a problem.

@151949 Why is it this problem(s) with the QVC website is only HERE... and no other website( and that is a lot of websites) have any issue like this or say that if you do, it is your computer... your problem .... and YOUR COOKIES. ?????

With or without QVc it's a good idea to periodically clear out the cache & cookies. I don't have a PC so I can't say how it works on them but on my android tablet you just go to settings and click on clear cache & cookies.

It seems some folks clear their cache (history) and cookies every day. I only do about once every few months when the computer will start giving me the "This item is too large" alert. Clear it and viola - everything goes back to normal. You do have to reinstall a lot of your passwords on sites where you normally have them saved, which is probably a good thing.
