I clear cookies at least once a day and switch between 3 different browsers, frequently re-boot, and yet there are many times the Q website is literally unavailable and unusable. I give up and go do something else. I don't have a problem with any other website.
How does QVC expect to compete globally when they can't even get their own website to operate properly? This system and its smooth operation ought to be their top priority.

No, No & No! We shouldn't have to change browsers & telling us about deleting cookies is ridiculous. Do you have a real IT dept? Fix this!!

I agree. Those who say delete cookies are not IT proficient. It's what is said by those who know NOTHING about IT!!!

I'm one of them; please educate me.
up top of your computer page should be a listing that says 'History'
click on that and hit delete. Mine is on upper left. I have Ccleaner installed (free app from filehippo) that with one click will clean cookies, histories, unnecessary temp files, etc. and keep your pc running faster without all the clutter.
A clean pc is a happy pc.
@SharkE It does not seem that this option is available on IPAD. I rarely use a computer.

@Shanus, on the Ipad, go to Settings, then Safari and click: Clear History and Website Data.
I do this at the end of each day's use before shutting it down to recharge.
Weekly, I also go to Safari, then Advanced and click on Website Data. You'll see all the cookies listed.
Click on Remove all Website Data.

I'd ask somebody who owns one or the place where you bought it
