Someone in Kentucky had a coronavirus party. One person got it and sure as heck other attendees will too. Hospitals are already overwhelmed without idoits doing this stuff. The Governor was not happy about it.
Why can't people just stay away from gatherings for awhile. This thing will not end for months if they keep it speading.

There is a new word for people like that. It is Co-Vidiots.

@CrazyKittyLvr2The virus is scary, but the lack of knowledge, lack of understanding, lack of care for others among some of our population scares me just as much.
As I watched a report yesterday showing the charts of the curve in various countries, I couldn't help being appalled that the countries that so far have been able to control the spread somewhat were also among the most repressive societies. Can we get that flattened curve without that push from the top down? I hope so, because we're not seeing that.

It is so sad that we as a nation/world, seem to have such little regard for the seriousness of this crisis. When they showed the story of the Spring Break crowds on the beaches and the total disregard by everyone, with many of them saying they were young and wanted to party and they weren't afraid of catching the virus because they weren't in the high risk category...and now, several of them have the virus. Which also means they spread it to countless others...it's just incomprehensible to me.
Until everyone...absolutely everyone, takes this serious, it will be a very long time until this virus can be contained.

The idiots who throw the party are nuts but what does that say about those who GO to the party.
Here's something obvious from those who throw and go to the party....they don't like themselves and can't stand to be alone with themselves or their family.
See,there's always something positive to come out of these idiot stories. These people are finding each other. Now if we could just lock the doors and keep them inside until the virus settles down.

@CrazyKittyLvr2 I so agree with you. I believe it is because most people are either in denial or are not well informed or self-centered or just plain stupid.

Some of them are attention and thrill seekers, and some of them are followers-monkey see, monkey do. This is not surprising, but it would be nice if the media did not report their antics AD NAUSEUM, because it encourages even MORE of this antisocial behavior, putting countless people at risk!
We need to be and stay informed, but it seems that over reporting is causing increased anger and anxiety to an already terrified public. It is so very FRUSTRATING that these people find joy in all of this, and have ZERO REGARD for anyone but themselves at ths crucial time.

There are two types of people on the planet. Those with functioning brains and those with marbles rolling around between their ears.
Thumbing one's nose at a virus is a no-win situation.
