Another reason I love Amazon, I ordered the TSV last weekend, the beach pants, had a message on my phone today that they will not ship for another week, sorry. Guess I will have to wait for someones return. At least when you shop Amazon you know up front if they have the item in stock or not.

eta~ well this is weird, I just went to my account to see if the Tees I ordered that day shipped, yes they shipped yesterday and so did my beach pants. Wonder why I got a phone message today the pants will ship on the 16th? Call was from 800-367-9444. Strange... but thanks for shipping them out Q!

I love Prime also. It is addictive. However, I feel they are putting so much pressure on retail.

I order many things through Amazon but not clothing or shoes or groceries. I enjoy going to Whole Foods as a Prime member you get reduced prices on many items.

I love the next day deliver and the free pickup at my door for returns. You don't even need to print a label to return.

I love getting items delivered on Sundays. I've discovered that any item you usually buy elsewhere can be found on Amazon.

I like to order personal items delivered so not to have to put them in a shopping cart at a store.

I can't imagine how they make money with the free shipping and returns for only $75.00 a year which also includes Amazon music (which we all enjoy), movies (which we can share with other family members).

I still shop for clothes and shoes at local retailers. I don't want them to suffer. But I fear eventually they will when Amazon starts carrying the clothing lines with full videos online.

DH still doesn't understand they do deliver on Sundays, love they tell me shipped out for delivery never get that from QVC (sorry) this is something shopping on TV channels should pay attention. There are some things amazon charges more, had to get dog greenie treats seems it was cheaper go threw Pet smart. Just got to check around. I usually do the long wait they say it will take 5-7 days well get it in 4days . I try to just add in cart so get most of it at once. Watched many movies on prime & DD is on my membership too. Tried to buy stock but their shares are over $1,000 a share. They are expanding to cashless grocery marts so far having a few problems testing it out but it will be here soon. Amazon in the next 5-10yrs will sky rocket.

I have to say I go from Walmarts to Amazon and I like both companies for there quick and free shipping and handling. I wish QVC would take a lesson from these companies policies.

Comparing Amazon to QVC is comparing apples to oranges. Yes Prime ships fast but you are paying $119 a year for that luxury

Yep, you have to shop around.   I bought DH some casual shirts and they were too big.   Went on Amazon and Ebay to see if they had them and Amazon had them all and Ebay one or two.  But the ones on Ebay were a lot more expensive than Amazon.  Unfortunately, both were more than what I'd paid so I'll keep looking.
