So I have all but given up of expecting to get any emails of TSVs and a link to InsideQ.Please can't QVC change their policy of allowing the order numbers for TSVs and links to InsideQ to be posted on the boards? Many of us are not getting the emails from QVC, this would just level the playing field. Also moderators, I have sent emails, called customer service, and had assurances from the many moderators, they were looking into my problem. 6 or more months later, I'm getting nada!

I sincerely apologize for you not getting your e-mail request. I know this sound like the something you heard before however, I am sending this to our corporate office and a team that can research what may be the cause of you not receiving your e-mails.
I will also forward your request to the proper department for future consideration as well. I didn't want you to think your request is going unnoticed.

With all due respect, as a 20+ year customer of QVC who has always received ALL emails (which I've always been signed up for), but they stopped several months ago.
I have contacted the QVC Social team on many occasions re: my email problem, to no avail, my most recent contact being 4/11. I have emails to prove it if necessary.
I was told that they could not figure out the problem, since I am signed up for all emails and that they would forward my problem to the IT dept.
Haven't heard anything since and nothing has changed so far.

Ditto to all of the above!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been a customer since day one. Called a zillion times asking why I never, ever get TSV emails. I have an old link for the Insider that I pray I do not delete by mistake. I am constantly told they will forward it to the corporate office which means nothing to me as nothing is ever done to solve this problem. I canno figure out why so many people get the TSV email and I sitll do not. I have also been signing up for all those pop-ups re: fashion, etc. to receive the "latest emails" - I get nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sick and tired of being told the same thing over and over and nothings gets solved.

Yep. Email preview TSV's stopped several years ago. Signed up again and over 6 months later still norhing. Also signed up LONG AGO for the online version of the Insider--nothing. It is the same problem with the hard copy of the Insider. How can they have so many areas that are malfunctioning? (Did contact CS several times in addition to signing up myself)

And I want an email notifying me that an item from my wish list is on special pricing or clearance, or is to be presented in a scheduled time slot. There is a subtle way to do this (see Amazon). When I asked Customer Service to consider doing this, I was rebuked soundly and told, "How are we supposed to keep tabs on your wish list?" Duh, we are in the 21st Century and do have computers to do such tasks. But, that would require a top notch IT department, something the Q does not have.

Not to mention the posters that have been banned because they posted the insider link! What a heinous, rotten to the core system this is!

I would be one of those. Years ago I was banned for posting a link to the Insider. I only got back in with the last major forum change.
It's like being an Insider member is like being part of some secret society...like Illuminati.

Nothing applies to me because I don't get the Insider or read their emails, but QVC needs to get on the case of the person who handles - and reps who field your requests. Some of those people are biting the hand that feeds them.
