I will note that I often compliment people I don't know and may even ask where they bought something if the conversation goes that way.

So maybe it's karma that I get comlimented a lot as well.

I remember when QVC sold B. Makowsky bags and the hype was you'll always get complimented on your bag.  Like others, nobody ever commented or complimented me on a B. Mak bag.

Those things used to be on fire and sold out so fast.  People were furious when LR would throw the bag to the assistant when it sold out.

I get stopped quite often and complimented on either clothes, shoes. purse or how outfits are put together.   Sometimes people just say in passing how nice what I am wearing is.  I think it is because I take time to put things together so they look good and are eye catching.  Also I am a friendly person and look like I am probably because of what I am wearing.  And by the way I am wearing mostly QVC clothes, etc. when that happens

I get the same reaction. Recently, I have had two people in my inner circle tell me they covet my wardrobe. Most of my clothes, shoes, and handbags have come from QVC.

I stay away from the run-of-the-mill brands on here. No Logo, D&C, Graver, Issac, etc. I buy stuff from Katrina's shows and from the lesser-known brands she showcases.

Maybe you're right.  I've had people tell me I dress so nice and they liked my shirt or shoes, but no one "had" to know where I got it.  Maybe I just don't stand out.

😂 I scurry past those kiosks.

A few years back I was checking out at a store and the male cashier told me

that the jacket I was wearing was nice. I won't forget that compliment.

Hahaha, yeah, I do too and avoid all eye contact and scowl furiously!

Is a verbal "guarantee" made by a QVC host enforceable in court?

When I first started using Bare Minerals make-up, I patiently waited for someone to tell me how nice my skin was, how good my make-up looked, and how much younger I appeared.  It never happened.  LOL. But, but ...... I was promised it would!  What went wrong?  LOL LOL

@MG Chris   I do buy a lot of Graver and Isaac.  I like Isaac cardigan long sweaters and Gravers color print mixes.  I also like Isaac's colors.  I am a either a colorful or  classic dresser depending on the ocassion or my mood. I buy D&C also.  The only LOGO I buy is her leggings.  I really like the way they feel and fit.  Also the colors.  I want to say I never buy LOGO tops, but wouldn't you know, just last week I did buy two of the mesh button up tops mainly because of the colors that mixed with the leggings I bought that day and I love the one I received, waiting for the other to ship.
