@Jordan2

I'm so sorry for your grief.

This is a very long road with sorrowful consequences.

I have not cared for our loved ones by myself.

My DH (his mother) and my DB (my mother).

Healing takes place over time for those left behind. I feel this is a gift we are given in order to continue to experience our lives to the fullest.

I will continue to look in on you here and I am sending you and yours prayers.

My mother passed away early this morning. My sister called me at 3:00 am, the nursing home notified her. We went over to the nursing home to say our goodbyes. We were told she went peacefully and wasn’t alone. I am extremely sad of course, I take comfort in knowing she is no longer in pain and suffering, she is with my dad and brother. Thanks to all who offered advice and prayers, I appreciate them more than you know.

Jordan @Jordan2  I extend my sincere sympathy to you this morning as you grieve the loss of your beloved mother.  I've prayed fervently that your mother's prayers would be answered and your post this morning is a testimony to that answered prayer Heart   I'm so relieved that her final step of the journey was peaceful.  I will continue to pray for you and your family.

I'm praying for you, @Jordan2. You are absolutely right, your mom is at peace now and with your dad and your brother, and you will see them all again on day, I truly believe. I am so sorry for your loss, I know its a bittersweet relief that she is no longer in pain and suffering though. Thoughts and prayers to you sweet lady.
