I have found that I need one day a week to rest and recover, to de-stress and recharge. It may appear to be unproductive but it is a priority and helps me survive the rest of my very busy week.

It's Sunday. I'm out of bed and dressed. That's about as productive as it's going to get.

@LonestarBabs Like you, I give myself Sundays off. I usually do something productive; but if I don't do anything, I don't feel bad or beat myself up over it.
