If someone wants holy water and is willing to pay for it... that is their business and their money. As long as they make the decision for themselves and are not hog tied... the government does not need to get involved. Too much govenment already. People have rights to purchase what they want and the right to believe what they want.

Thanks very much for posting this ....
I would like to add one, since sooner or later, everyone seems to get a fraud email about their Paypal account.
The address is spoof@paypal.com.
Forward that SPAM email to them asap. They VERY aggressively go after these thieves, and often send you an email thanking you for helping to keep the internet safe.

And people have the right for redress against unscrupulous lenders, business, energy companies and the like.
Big businesses have slews of lawyers, consumers have watch dog agencies.

Thanks for taking time to post this information ! I received an email from Ebay advising me my account has been compromised and to go onto account and change my password. I have not bought from Ebay for years. I will look occassionally but it has been at least 8 years.
I don't have a PayPal account so if I get one of those emails I will be worried.

@Lila Belle, yes, and it will hurt us all. In its brief life, it has championed so many who had not had a voice before, so many who had been intentionally damaged and bilked out of thousands of dollars.
Buyer beware, you say? @SeaMaiden I bet you'd think differently if it had happened to you. Buyers do not have the luxury of being able to decipher that, for example, a proprietary school is really just a money-maker preying on those who want to make something of themselves. I know. I worked for several of them. Oh, the stories that I could tell. It made me sick.
For those who think that such a government bureau is either too much government or that it not needed, @makenaI pray that you will never need such help. Because it will be gutted in the very near future.
@Sweet_Serenity, this has been in the news ad nauseam for months now.

So ? Because I wasn't aware and asked what source? Problem?

@Sweet_Serenity, it's not a problem; it's just that it's asking something that is inherent in that party's makeup -- the distrust/dislike of government and the strong ties to business that make that party very much against regulations that might in any way financially impact said businesses. Too bad, so sad for the people, the consumers, all of us.
Of course, if you still want sources, I can pile them on here for you. I'd be more than willing to do so.

That's rude and indicates you have nothing to contribute.
I've seen other posters being so nice to you here and on other threads @Sweet_Serenity.
Why not return the favor?
