@bittersweet wrote:Daily. Even without sweating, there are still body secretions. My biology professor told me the same 'compounds' coming out of my pores are the same from my bladder. That did it for me~!
I'm sure one day my bras may be in the same area as my bladder but right now, they are nowhere close.

@Sooner if I lived in a hot and humid area,I would shower more than once a day too.My son also lives in Ok so he showers as often as he feels sweaty.

Sports bras - I wear one time and wash
"Dress" bras - depends how long I was wearing it. If it was only for a few hours, I'll wear it a couple times. Even if I'm wearing the same bra for the whole day, I wash it after a couple wearings.
I don't usually sweat unless I'm exercising.
I do shower twice a day though. I don't like to go to bed unless I've showered

I wash mine after every wearing. I throw mine in the washer and dryer with everything else.

i wear 2 kinds of bras.
My "bungee" bras. I wash every day I wear them. To humid outside to even think of skipping washing.
My "good" bras for good wear (church, out to dinner) I wash every time I wear them. I wash them on gentle action in washer, and hang to dry.

Like the way people are almost taking Karen Silkwood type of
nuclear decontamination showers multiple times a day....
but yet,
a majority of Americans remove urine & feces by just rubbing with
a thin wad of tissue & never washing it off w/ soap/water.
We use soap/water/disinfectant with everything we wear & touch...
it’s part of our society...but yet we have yet to embrace the
bathroom bidet. Granted a bidet doesn’t incorporate soap,
but the water-only bidet is still a million times cleaner than just
lightly rubbing human waste off with tissue. If a baby defecated
on our arm, we wouldn’t just rub it off with a towel & call it
a day...we would use water/soap.
Why do we scrub our faces & armpits raw but the cleaning of most
important of crevices is a ‘meh’. Funny odd if you think about it.
