I eat 2 meals a day and a snack around 10pm. Usually a yogurt or some applesauce.

For the past 3 years, I've only eaten one meal a day - dinner. I don't snack at all and have zero desire for sweets. During the day - water and some coffee.
How about you?
Very, very similar to this. On Thanksgiving or Christmas I may have a dessert made with Stevia, but otherwise, I'm pretty much OMAD and clean keto (i.e. wild caught fish/ organic chicken/ limited grass fed beef and pastured eggs, low starch/ low carb organic vegtables, EVOO). Once in a while I try to eat two meals a day to get in more protein, but it's a struggle.

Three meals a day for my husband and me. We're always done eating by 6pm. I make occasional desserts but we generally eat just a main course.

Do all of you take vitamin supplements and do you exercise at all? Not judging, just curious.

I usually eat 2 meals and sometimes snack on nuts or fruit in between if I get hungry.
I find since I started intermittent fasting and eating mostly whole foods I don't get as hungry. Also, trying to get extra protein (goal is at least 100 grams/day but hard to do) is very filling...

I don't eat breakfast and do intermittent fasting. I eat lunch around 1. I eat a large salad with lots of vegetables and chicken. Usually some olive oil dressing. Sometimes I have salmon with a small salad. Dinner most nights is ******E yogurt (80 calories) sweetened with Equal and mixed with vanilla extract. If I snack, I would have a small sliced apple or some berries. On nights where I am very hungry (which is rare) I have fish or chicken with 2 vegetables. I don't eat bread, desserts or junk food like chips. I love my coffee, though and use half and half. Mint tea is another favorite beverage.

@San Antonio Gal I have two meals at most. More often than not, I too will only eat once a day and can still not lose weight.

I eat two meals a day and nothing after 5 pm. I typically don't drink alcohol. I have a fruit snack between first meal and dinner. I eat anything I want in terms of food groups, I just watch portion sizes. If a gain a few pounds I cut back on desserts and watch my carb portions.
I drink only 2 cappuccinos a day, and drink lots of sparkling water. In summer I will have Arnold Palmers. I run in excess of 35 miles a week, do weight training and ab work. As far as it being unhealthy to only eat 2 meals a day....I don't know...but my doctor said keep doing what you're doing. I am 66 and hope my knees will hold up so I can continue to run. Last year I ran a marathon and maybe I will do so again when I am 70.
I personally think no two people are the same. What works for me to keep my weight down and my body strong, is not going to be same for someone else.

During the week 2 meals a day and weekends 3 meals a day but lunch is very light.
I'm really bad at snacking at night.
