I asked a question about an item. Later (yesterday), I received an email saying my question was live. I followed the email to see the question and it was there. A couple of hours later I looked and was going to reread my question and it was still there. Today, I was going through my emails and I got to the email that said my question was live and I followed it to where my question had been. Today, the question is missing and the screen says be the first to ask a question about this item. Very strange.

@Group 5 minus 1 @It was for the model number of a blanket. My point is that the question disappeared and I find that weird.

@sunshine45 @No I asked the question on the website under the reviews. Theresa place where it says, ask a question. You just follow the prompts before you submit the question. Then Q checks your question and if it's approved Q send you an email letting you know your question was approved and is now there to see. My question was there yesterday but it's magically disappeared today.

@Mindy D Assuming you're asking because of the recall of a Sunbeam blanket you posted about.
It would be best to call customer service and see if they have a model number.
Those question sections are usually answered by customers like us and I wouldn't trust getting a real answer there.
Also, the recall was back in March. I'm sure those items would have been pulled by now.
When I googled the blanket you posted about I get this:
The blankets included in the recall -- Sunbeam's Ultra Lush, Royal Luxe and Royal Posh blankets -- were sold on Amazon and in small independent stores from September 2022 through January 2023 for $120. This recall involves the Sunbeam Queen Size Heated Blanket, model number 32810027. March 22, 2023
So QVC's inventory may have not been part of the recall from months ago since it says Amazon and small independent stores.
Maybe that's why they removed your question?
🤷

I don't know why you would ask us. We're as much in the dark as you are about such things. If someone gives you the item number you want, does the disappeared post matter?
