He assaulted her in front of the children. He terrorized them. She is required to keep letters he sends to the children as well as write to him. It's forcing abused children and their mother to stay in contact with their abuser.

I'd be scared of him. I'd move and wouldn't want that man knowing my address. Just because he's a father doesn't mean that he won't be dangerous to his kids.

That judge must have a few screws loose or he's a wife beater too. I cannot imagine why he would make such a ruling. I would have thought that his parental rights would have been terminated. He's obviously a violent and abusive person and beating his wife infront of his children can't be anything but child abuse. It's England.....at least it isn't here.
