I like eggs where they are cooked hard if fried or poached or dry, if scrambled. ![]()
I also like them scrambled with other things added in like sausage or bacon or veggies added in too, or an omelette with the same added in.

My favorite egg is poached on buttered rye toast...the yolk must be mostly set and just a little runny. Lots of pepper and a little salt. I've just rediscovered soft-boiled eggs and love those too!
Next favorites are scrambled, omelets, over easy, egg salad and deviled eggs.
I love an egg salad club sandwich (that's what I call it, anyway)...it's egg salad on rye bread with lettuce and tomato and bacon, cooked crisp. I also sprinkle a little curry powder on the egg salad when I assemble the sandwich.

Oh let me count the ways! Hardboiled, egg salad, Deviled, scrambled, omlettes many ways but love with cream cheese.
Then there are the "SPECIAL" ones, Chocolate/Marshmallow Russell Stovers, Solid Milk Chocolate, and the lovely colored ones with a candy shell and marshmallow inside by Brachs, simply HEAVEN!!!!
I still have a small stash from last year because I had not been able to find any.![]()

Toast strips used to dunk into the runny yolk.

Until I saw your post I didn't want to confess my favorite type of egg prep because people would go "what"
When we were young to get us to eat eggs my mom would do an easy over egg, then tear up bread and mash it into the egg. Yes needed the runny yolk, some salt/pepper and never any slimmy whites.
Just made one this morning. Yum.
I remember bullseye eggs. I also like basic egg sandwiches: Buttery fried or scrambled eggs between slices of toasted bread. With or without ham or bacon. Or cheese.
These use to be called boy scout eggs,in the 50's and 60's.
