on FB for a ring for January which I ordered. The ring arrived and it is too heavy for my small finger and wish to return it. I have called the number listed and wrote several emails asking where I can return it and have my money refunded to my credit card. Still no response.
Has anyone on the board dealt with Birthday Deals and encounted a no response to return an item ??
Would appreciate any help on this matter and THANKS!

Have done that repeatedly not oncem but several times leaving a message to call me just giving me the address t return a ring I don't want to keep. Also emailed several times....ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS I HAVE NOT TRIED???

@RINGER. Was this a QVC purchase? They come with an invoice with return instructions plus there are instruction on this very website. Pick up the phone and call someone if you have a question.

Huh ?????? When did QVC customer service become a "please leave a message" phone line?

Is this something purchased on Facebook? I’m not familiar with what Birthday deals are.

It sounds like the OP ordered a ring from a company who advertised on Facebook - company is called Birthday Deals. If the company won't respond, then she might try to send a complaint to Facebook, but I doubt that will do much good. I think I'd probably google the company and see what kind of comments you find from other people who have ordered from them - then you'd know what you're dealing with....a legitimate company or not.

The ring was purchased on a FB site, not from QVC.
I agree with @millieshops, I would call my CC company and have them reverse the transaction, due to that company's lack of response for a return and refund.
That'll get their attention.....
