THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! Your suggestion is the only one which is helping me!! They have (credit company) filed a comlaint to the seller and within 7 days, I should hear either from the seller, or the credit card company will take action! Never gave it a though to do a reverse sale and thankfully I saved my credt card statement, order number and anything they needed.

Will update you on whatever progress is made. At least I had a chance to talk to a real person, etc.

The name of the company is Birthstonedeals.com. Response to question of the company who would not and did not respond to me but the credit card company is now working on a resolution.

While this has been a frustrating experience I had one delightful one that was selling a coffee mug about sons. It was a beautifully written sentiment about when your son is born and grows into an amazing man. Sent it to my son and he was most appreciative and loved it so there are some good companies out there.

It was not a QVC deal and the correct name was or is Birthstonedeals.com I very seldom buy anything from an ad on FB but on that one I did BUT the good news is that I bought a coffee mug for my son with woderful sentiments on it and he loves it so there are some businesses that are reputable.
