South Silicon Valley, nights are 39-44degrees.m days have been mid 60's.  Isn't as cold as last year. Some of the maples and the walnut tree still have leaves.  The crepe Myrtle hasn't lost but a few!!!

I live in the San Gabriel Valley area in So Cal, this past week the weather has been in the mid 80's, slight cool down today with heavy fog, supposed to stay in the high 70's to low 80's next week.

6 feels like -15. Inside I wear my favorite sweatshirt, sweatpants from Walmart with an Isaac hoodie or a zip front Comfy both from Q.  Outside I wear a midweight quilted parka, mittens & scarf from Lands End. Winter storm warning later tonight 8"+ snow, there's already over a foot of heavy snow that needs to be shoveled so better get to it...stay safe everyone.

@raspberrygal   The high today was 77 with an expected low of 50. It is 66 right now but I've got the fan on inside... I'm in Cenrral Florida.

When it gets cold here, I add a sweater, then maybe a throw. Last resort is getting my small ceramic heater out. That rarely happens. I did toss a throw on my bed a couple days ago & that is nice and cozy.

I grew up with weather like yours in the Midwest. Layers of clothes, curtains closed, heat on and little heaters, too. Fireplaces lit when they are there.
