Re: How are your Stores at this Time?

No delivery available.  Long lines and only 30 percent allowed in.  Guards at stores in and out.  Starting to feel very much like a bread line.  Much sold out.

All of this increases panic.

Yesterday I arrived 15 minutes before senior hours, several people already spaced out in front of door. I stood to side where there was sidewalk, hoping others would fall in behind spacing orderly.  Wrong. They gathered  around and pushed ahead as door opened.  I was disheartened as I ended up jumping in.  I went about business trying to stick to list, finding what I needed except wipes and sanitizer.  I found one bottle of disinfectant - a prize!  There was wait at checkout but orderly.  Limits on milk, eggs, meat.  I would have loved one way aisles as some experienc ed.

Re: How are your Stores at this Time?

It's kind of like Black Friday every day at my local Walmart. I typically shop early in the day, before 8:00 am and typically there are just three or four people in the store. Now, there are forty to fifty cars in the lot and people everywhere inside the store. The retail sales numbers for Walmart should be very good for this quarter based on what I'm seeing locally. Lots of stuff is out of stock and the clerks say that by noon the shelves are pretty much empty.

Went to Walmart this morning, I got there at 630 am and there were about a dozen cars there already waitng. Waited a while and got out and went to get in line, only 4 ahead of me in line. Many many today wearing a mask, all types of masks, from bandana, to homemade, to surgical. Many more wearing gloves. Today I did wear mask and gloves.

They were letting everyone into the store in single file.  No just letting a few at a time. Worked out fine though.  Noticed that they had no toilet paper or lysol or clorox wipes or cleaner and they were almost out of soup and canned vegetables.  Did seem like the restocked many things though.

When I went to check out only one ahead of me and they were about done. None of the workers in the store had mask or gloves.

When I got home, I didnt feel like taking a shower or washing my hair. So before changing my clothes I put a walmart ( clean one i had from before) over my hair  and clipped it shut until I felt like washing hair lol.

Then changed clothes and washed face.
