I weigh myself every morning. If I see the scales going up two pounds for more than a couple of days, it's time to get it back down. Otherwise, it's too easy to let it go and then 2 pounds becomes 10. And I am not going there.

I also don't own a scale. I go by how my clothes fit and my waist measurement.

This is so true!! Although I can still fit into my wedding dress, it's so easy to fall into the elastic waist band trap.

My birthday present to myself is to start Jenny Craig tomorrow. I am going to use super glue on my teeth after I lose my weight in hopes that it will stay off this time.

Five pounds and I get concerned. I already have two sizes in my clothes. I do not like tight clothes. Feel so uncomfortable in them. Ruins my day.

I would say 25. But right now it is probably 40! OMG! Bad Girl for sure! Better get eating less real quick, summer is right around the corner! I have been really slacking this past year, plus every year it seems to be getting a little harder to lose. I personally think I do not even have a metabolism anymore. I really have to cut down and walk in my neighborhood every chance possible. I could probably walk for miles up and down hills here and still be in my neighborhood. Hmmm..... sounds better when I write it down.... maybe this month would be a good time to jump back on that!! Ya think? Swimsuit season WILL be here before we know it! Don't want to scare anyone at the lake!! 🙂
