My order arrived from the Q and again, I received someone else's item. I have their garment and somewhere my item is with someone else - or it did not ship. This has happened to me other times and it is not funny. Do you have this happen to you as well?

It has never happened to me, but I don't order much from QVC.

Many, many years ago, a co-worker ordered a kitchen item and she was sent a huge flat screen TV. She lived in a small apartment and was not amused.

She had to walk around the box for days before it was picked up for return.

Oh yes. It has happened at least twice. Once I got a Joan Rivers cardigan that I did not order. I was not impressed with the quality so I never ordered any of her clothes. Another time I got someone else’s bathing suit. I am sure I have gotten more mixed up orders but those ones come to mind.

Yes. This spring and summer, I had 5, yes 5, mistakes with my orders. Either my item didn't ship or I was sent the wrong item. Customer service always took care of it, but it is very annoying and a waste of my time and as @Kachina624 said if your item has since sold out you are out of luck.

I took a break from ordering for awhile, but recently have ordered some things for Christmas items. Now, I'm afraid I'm not going to get one order, because it says it has shipped, but UPS has not yet picked up the package yet. This is what happened to me before. I will probably give it another week before I call customer service, but I have already received items that shipped after that one. Very frustrating!

I order a lot and I've never had a mistaken order. I wonder if it occurs with a specific brand or category.

I have had an issues twice with receiving another persons order. What a nightmare.

I have been ordering gifts from other places lately and quick service and packed nicely as well.

Items for my grandkids the Q does not offer.

No , never , however have received atleast 2 wrong items instead of shoes received makeup and instead of peria fodable boxes received a Joan Rivers shirt .
