Frosty, I'm amazed you were able to play golf in this heat. What a difference 8 hours made. This morning, 60 kinda humid. When I walked out of work at the end of the day it was like walking into an oven.

There are times when you must speak, not because you are going to change the opposing side, but because if you do not speak, they have changed you.

We've had a cooler and wetter than average summer so far in Northeast Ohio, but tomorrow it is supposed to be very humid and in the 90's. We haven't had to run our air conditioning much at all this summer.

It has finally gotten up to the 80's. It was 83 yesterday and today. It was 73 all morning yesterday, then the heat came in and brought some bad storms. Today was perfect. Less humid than yesterday.

thank goodness for air conditioning.....at home, in cars, in buildings, in restaurants, in offices! it was hot today, the heat index was around 104, with the actual temperature around 95 or so. the humidity HAD to be in the 90s. right now it is almost 11pm and it is STILL 89 degrees.

When summer is over here (mid sept.), we head home and it lasts till about mid Nov.

Winters are mild, but I don't even like mild!

98 yesterday, 103 today. When it's this hot and I have to get in my car, it's instant headache. Can't wait for fall.

I was one of the ones complaining bitterly about the cold and snow and ice this past winter.

SUMMER! BRING IT!

Yesterday, we were in the mid-90s and I mowed the lawn on our riding mower, then push-mowed to trim around the trees. DH and I worked all weekend on mulching some flower beds in the front yard. Both nights we finished off by taking a dip in the pool, although with temps like this, even the pool water isn't really chilly. But it still felt good. This is my weather!
