I couldn't agree more, @CalminHeart.   The Mods would poof me if I elaborated on that statement.  We filed online last week, got confirmation the same day, and our refund in the bank early next week.  Sure faster than it used to be!

We can't do it.  Our's is always involved and complicated.  So we go to a H & R Block retiree who does it for us.  Wish we could do that Turbo Tax and be done with it.....

I’m very happy, I filed Friday and received confirmation of acceptance shortly after. 

Because of the house tax mistake someone made, Ive been very tight financially. House payment goes back to normal May 1st and thanks to my refund, I’m not tight anymore. I’m dividing the refund by three months and I’m back to saving and not using CC’s.

We don't have everything yet either.   And we don't have a clue how ours overall will turn out.   This is our first full year in NM. We always plan and hope that we owe a little bit rather than get a refund.  We'd rather have it all year than the government have it.

We always wait to send our tax form in since we usually have to send a  check with it also. We get it figured out and complete it, but don’t submit til right before it’s due.

@lovesrecess  since DH retired we always owe & let them wait for the check.  LOL DH uses turbo & does our daughter's taxes she always gets a refund. She complained that refund is small I just walked away from her & rolled my eyes.
