Yes croem thats it. He was being held on another assualt case, different girl but now has been officially charged with Holly's death.

Ugg, so the have proof she is dead, oh I feel horrible for her loved ones.

Does anyone really know why a arrest took so long?

It's my understanding that even though he may have been one of several suspects, the evidence required for the arrest was not there. I think that is obvious. Please take this with a grain of salt, because, believe me, the stories have been crazy & I don't want to perpetuate the craziness. I have been told that someone who had reliable info about the crime used the info as a bargaining tool in an attempt to reduce his own sentence for a completely unrelated crime. Once again, I have no knowledge if this is true or just a rumor.

It is, I was curious what the evidence was, that took so long to find......you are right, you hear all kinds of stories when these sad situations happen, some truth, some not,maybe this is true and why they finally got a arrest.
