There is (theoretically) a thread I've posted in which should be on Page 1 of CC. If I look in my posts the thread is there and my posts are there. REPLY is not whited out. The thread hasn't been marked "Moved" OR "Closed for Commenting." You can find the thread through Search Community, and you can still POST in it - but the thread is "invisible" - no one going to CC will see it. You can (theoretically) still post in it - IF you already know it's there/go through a back door. But to someone coming to the CC page now, you'd never know it existed. A new "hide in plain sight" thing?

BTW - the thread is about a "new" QVC vendor. Hmmmm...

And yes I know - this thread - 1-2-3 poof. But I wanted at least a few to see it before it goes.

Aaaaand it is now suddenly "back" as if it was never gone. And I checked with two different browsers, cleared cache, etc. so it wasn't my imagination.

I've seen this happen before with threads, it's like the Mods make it 'invisible' until they can read the whole thread to make sure it complies w/Standards after receiving complaints.

Many times the thread is restored after reviewing it, sometimes not.

@KingstonsMom, I've seen it happen pretty quickly, i.e. it was back within 5-10 min. - AND with deletions. This thread was gone a lot longer than that, and nothing "newer" was deleted - there were 1-2 posts that were deleted yesterday and that's it. So...waste of time for the moderators. I'm sure the topic's fans wanted posts removed that they didn't appreciate (and probably reported same) but how funny that on this round at least, nothing was.
