I placed an order for a garden hose almost 2 weeks ago. It has been in "preparing your order" purgatory all this time. Called CS and was told, rather abruptly, that the Ontario warehouse is having problems and he does not know when they will be able to ship anything. When I asked if he had ANY idea what I should do about this order he repeated that he had NO idea because Ontario won't tell THEM. He did say I could cancel the order. I prefer not to cancel. I ordered because I need it. Any news on when it might ship? TIA

Since shipping from Canada is a problem of late, you may wait some time and then Q may cancel your order. My suggestion would be for you to cancel and order  from another company, Amazon would be my  choice.

I thought I understood the problem to be Ontario California, not Canada. If you need a hose @cody2 then why wait and see. Cancel the order and order elsewhere. Q is not the only game in town.

I ordered from here because I saw it presented, and I need a hose that is light weight and doesn't kink. The other reason is that I had a Q credit to use from an item that I returned here. But yes. I will look elsewhere if this one isn't on its way to me soon.

Since they offered, I would also cancel the item too, get one from Amazon or Walmart.

I didn't even know there was an Ontario in California. Still, Q is known to be undependable so I would still cancel and look elsewhere.

@cody2 I had the same issue along with several others as shown in the Customer Care forum.

 

If he did not send a note to Ontario, have someone in the customer care forum do it for you. They did that for me and others and that seemed to shake it loose. I almost think Ontario can't see any orders except what is emailed to them to ship.

 

Two days after they did that, my orders are supposedly on their way to me and should arrive on Friday. Same for my friend.

Is there just one warehouse and it's in CA?  Do all items come from there?  I ordered a couple of clothing items on free shipping day and am wondering how long I'll have to wait.
