Help! How Can I Get Out of Facebook?

I thought I was registering to win a car & signed into Facebook. Can anyone tell me how to get out? This scares me as I don't care to socialize. My name, birthday & E-Mail address is already out there and I don't want the world having all this info. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
