I have.
People waving as they walk their dogs and I drive by.
People letting others in in traffic situations.
Holding open doors.
Having people do the pay it forward thing at drive thru take-outs.
Maybe there is less tension now that there are some at least some positive things going on.
I hope others have seen some signs of people being nice.

I've found people to be generally nice, but the scanner page for my county reveals some horrendous things that were not happening even a decade ago. I'm somewhat rural - our cities are getting bad.

What positive things?

Are you unable to read the list?

Of course, I'm not discounting all the murders and violence and sickness and death out there-our city getting bad too, just its nice to see some nice things happening.
Just wondering if anyone ele seeing this in general.

No different than before. People here wave for the most part when I do. People are typically nice a friendly when I am nice to them. I have not noticed any difference at all.

I think you meant this particular part of the op's post. I guess others didn'tnotice it but I did and also wonder what she meant by positive things.

I'm glad this was posted. I forget about pay it forward. It has been a while since I did that and I need to do that. I do let people in, in traffic situations. I always think about "that could be me." I try to be nice at the grocery store to allow others to take their time at the same items I am contemplating and not making them feel rushed. I thank the cashier at the grocery store as well as the bag person. I usually take my own groceries to the vehicle but when I don't, I thank the person who carries them immensely. I am unable to tip at our grocery store so I try to compensate through gratitudinous speak.
