As far as I am concerned skim milk is blue milk-----
I buy a local organic brand that has pictures of children with cows and all the labels look the same. I have to read fat content and expiration dates before buying.
Want to add; perhaps that is why I am ""chunky"" and would make a good employee.

Publix 1% milk has a purple cap...... That's what my husband uses with cereal when he wants a snack at night or he has milk and cookies. I am not a milk drinker at all. We buy a gallon at a time and it's gone within a week......

No, I have never done that with milk or any other product. I read labels and with a gallon of milk the label is very big on the jugs that we buy. Think this might have to do with muti-tasking or something of the sort.
Everyone has a slip up on something in their life, and I find them becoming more prevalent with each passing year.
I drink skim milk and am very conscious about what I ingest into this old body. That said, if my wife picked up 1% by mistake? This amount of it is hardly enough to do any harm to this old body.
