We have bought two used cars that came with expired Sirius subscriptions. I get mail all the time. I heard they were the object of a class action lawsuit regarding their billing practices. I wasn't even tempted to try one of the free offers.

Edit: We deal with both Ebay and Amazon heavily. Very little problem with either one of them.

I avoid any “ trial offers” after dealing with the recurring high charges that click in after the “ free” period ends. Yes, read the fine print, but even when you try and cancel, you still get charged. It is fraudulent and wish the practice would just be banned.
