@ciao_bella I don't think many people eat out as much now, and I think the type of food they serve at the above named is not what a lot of people are looking for now.  Too much fat, too rich and too expensive.

People's tastes in restaurant fare has changed.  There are Thai, Indian, and Korean restaurants everywhere.

i live in a "seafood state" so red lobster is not a great option for me because we have TONS of other fresh options. not really a fan of red lobster.

@Ronettes  We had a Red Lobster here in Lincoln til a few years ago. DH and I were so disappointed when it shut down. We went about every other month and always got great meals/service.

The closest one to us now is in Omaha.

Red Lobster is over priced and the food was never that good.  We haven't wasted our time or money in one of them for years.  I buy better quality shrimp at Costco and fix myself.  Shrimp is fast and easy to cook.

Considering what restaurants are charging for a meal people are staying home & cooking. Even fast food is suffering.

Red Lobster here in the West TX area is excellent.  We have ordered the endless shrimp several times. Always delicious, and the service is very good.  

The endless shrimp is going strong here. They are changing a selection or two after a while to keep interest. The tequila shrimp, and dragon shrimp are among our favorites.  You order 3 selections with a side to begin with,  and then 2 after that. We always reorder until we are satisfied.  

$25.00 is the price. I use the rewards program, and always get a free appetizer or dessert.

I havn't been to Red Lobster in years. I do remember their biscuits, yummy!
