I must like torture on a Sunday morning.   Just got back from a 90 min walk and it's 90 degrees at 6am, humidity at 20% and Dew Pt at 65%.   I feel like a wet rag.   But, I got my walk in.  UGH!

 

I love walking but not this time of year here in AZ.  Not even a breeze this morning.   It will take me 90 min to cool down.   LOL!

 

I have one of those fans QVC sells filled with water to help "cool" me a bit, but it's gross out there.  

 

Enjoy your Sunday.   I'm planning to cool down and watch some Wimbledon.

If I eat too many snacks, sitting in my house is about all I'll feel like doing.
