Question for people that use this. I made a purchase from Biossance on June 17th. My cash back is still pending is still not showing up. I know there is some rule about return exchange period. Is this normal? I made the purchase before the end of June so o would get the cash back in august. I am worried I won’t get it in august now.

 

Forgot to mention I used Afterpay if that makes a difference.
