@Mz iMac   I hope that you will feel better soon. Migraines are so debilitating.

                     My son is in his 40's and has been getting them since he was in Junior High. He has missed a lot of school and work days and whole weekends, with headaches. Weather certainly seems to be a factor for him, and any foods with MSG. He stayed home yesterday, when this extreme heat and humidity caused a migraine.

He does take a medication and that causes him to sleep.

                      Two of my daughters get migraine headaches occasionally, but not like their brother gets them.

                     My grandson starting getting migraines when he was only two years old. My first husband and his father got them too. It does seem to run in families.

                      Do you have medication to help you? Do others in your family get them?

                      Hopefully you will get relief soon.

So far so good, almost 10am and it is only 76 degrees!!!! Looking forward to keeping the  AC off!

@Enufstuff   Yes, I have medication that helps.  Matter of fact, I did not need to take any today (Wednesday).  Will take some tonight as a heavy rainstorm is expected.

Thursday a cold front is passing through South Jersey......temps in the 80's mild humidy.  I will be out & about.

No one in my family gets migraines.  I was a migraine late bloomer.  First migraine at age 46.
