Posting this here because I think there might be more traffic here than other forums.

The recent TSV Halo Bolt is sold out...and that's all I can find out about it.  I really don't like it when the Q does that...leaves nothing but a "sold out" notice.  I'd like to read the Q&A and maybe the reviews.

For example, today I'd be looking for the question "what are the temperature extremes to be avoided?"

If anyone here has that information, please post.

Thanks in advance.

I'm confused -- the description, reviews, instructions, specs, and any questions & answers that were submitted are all still there.  It's just the purchasing information that's gone, which makes sense.  If you don't see information about your specific question, you may want to contact Halo directly since it probably was never on QVC's site even when it was still available for sale.

Thanks.  I'm looking for E227255.  It isn't there.  Thanks for suggesting I contact Halo.  Good idea.

Good luck contacting Halo. I've been waiting three years for a reply from them.

Hey Esme.

I know what you mean. I cannot understand why the customer reviews have been removed because that gives information to other customers about the product, which is crucial in making selections.

I purchased this product in November and I am calling QVC about returning it tomorrow because it does not charge properly. I wanted to exchange it because it was what I wanted, but it only gives half a charge. It will not charge all the way. From the time I bought it, I charged it twice and got a full charge and it has not given a full charge since. It indicates it is fully charged until you unplug it, and then it shows that it is half way charged. I was looking for the customer reviews tonight to see if others had the same problem. It makes me wonder...

Good luck.

It is annoying when they remove a product you are considering. I asked about it once on HSN and was told that it upsets customers to see an item that is sold out so they remove it. My thought is that if it has 67 bad (one star) reviews (like the Halo Bolt does), they don't mind removing it at all! BTW, in response to the question. You can't leave it in a hot car. I am in California and there will be some hot days. So if I keep mine, I will have to babysit it and take it inside to keep it cool (like when at work or when doing errands). What a pain. Fortunately, I have time to return mine. I don't want to wait until it fails (as the 67 reviewers stated) when my truck battery dies. If it does not work for the intended purpose, why take the chance? I don't want to be stuck with this $120 item that I cannot return.

Thanks for your reply.  I've jumped a pick-up truck twice...once to move it, weeks later to take it to get a new battery installed.  I'm glad I had it.  No complaints.

I guess in hot and cold weather I'll be babysitting it too. Woman LOL
